December 18, 2018

RIGA, 18 December, 2018. By the end of February 2019, the top multilingual nearshore company Runway BPO will finish its rebranding process and officially become Webhelp, following the its’ acquisition of Runway in May 2018.

Runway BPO is an all-inclusive BPO service company, capable of providing a variety of outsourcing services individually created for each client's specific needs and requirements. Teaming up with the global business process outsourcer (BPO) Webhelp will ensure that the combined business will become a market leader in the fast-paced world of rapid innovation of information technology and ever changing consumer behaviours.

Headquartered in Riga, Latvia and with subsidiaries in Estonia, Lithuania, Ukraine and Spain, Runway brings new countries with it to Webhelp with more than 1,200 employees across 9 multilingual centres as well as additional expertise in accounting, IT services and travel and consumer goods.

The combined business with a strong network of international multi-lingual specialists will be capable to operate at a global scale and to take on large scale, multi-market assignments. Whilst Runway will rebrand all its outposts as Webhelp since majority share capital of Runway is now owned by Webhelp, the company will, however, continue to operate as before in order to continue providing efficient outsourcing services. With a 15-year experience working in the Nordic region and across Europe, the team lead by its founder Nils Sundling and CEO Uldis Prieditis will remain in place to ensure the contacts and expertise of the region is preserved.
